Tonight I realized a truth that has proven itself over and over to me as I received a revelation about a question I've been asking silently for months.
If you ask a question long enough you'll receive one of two things: an answer or a better question to ask. Either way the asking was fruitful.
So, I encourage you. Ask questions. And keep asking.

Amen!
Asking questions doesn't hurt. We're not meant to be idle about the work, and about what God wants us to do in our life.
Asking questions has brought about so much good in religion, science, and other areas of life. It's not the question that hurts, it's what we do about the question. Sometimes, when we aren't sure what the answer is (at least at first), that is when we can learn the most...but it may take time and effort on our part.
Truth.
